I’m a therapist who helps clients with a solution-focused approach. I help identify high-risk situations and negative mindsets quickly while creating an effective strategy from the very first session. I use evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT, focusing on your thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes. We will work on healthy coping strategies so you can feel better about yourself and let go of shame. My sessions are available to adults, teens, and families.
Assessments &
DOT Qualified SAP Services
All types of assessments are completed remotely utilizing zoom.
Assessment paperwork is completed & securely faxed to the party of your choice within 24 hours
SAP Assessments & follow up services provided that is accepted by the DOT modes of transportation to include FMCSA, FAA, FRA, FTA, USCG & PHMSA safety sensitive positions as well as any violations against your employers substance abuse policy & Non CDL positions
I handle the entire SAP process from start to finish, including assessment, , Clearinghouse updates, referral, follow-up documentation.
I also offer:
Substance Abuse Assessments completed which are accepted by DMV, the Courts, Probation & DCF
SAP Assessment Report & Follow Up Services (CDL/DOT & non DOT) $600
Substance Abuse Assessments for Court (DUI & Probation), DCF or DMV are $375
